Hannah & Alfie’s wedding took place at Willowdale Estate, a beautiful old stone mansion tucked away in the woods of Topsfield, Massachusetts.


Built in the early 1900s, the estate has a mix of Craftsman and Tudor Revival architecture, with original stonework and gardens surrounding the property. One of my favorite parts is the enclosed courtyard! It feels like a little hidden garden in the middle of the estate, and I loved how guests could wander between the mansion and the outdoors throughout the day. The courtyard later turned into the sweetest spot for cocktail hour. Over the last few years I have noticed and fallen in love with this little detail at wedding venues. Such a fan of estates creating a small meeting spot in the center~


I photographed their celebration on film, which felt especially fitting for a place with so much history.
